The Interview Process

Please show up on time for your interview when it is scheduled. We have a 3 part interview process. You will have a sit down interview, a paid working interview, and training. Our interview process continues through the training because we want to make sure all candidates receive ample opportunity to succeed. Throughout the interview process you will be required to pass a background check and a drug test. Bring a pen and a photo ID to the first interview. We will spend a few minutes introducing you to our company and giving you a feel for what you can expect working for Kingreen. After which, we will issue an application to fill out.
